Over the weekend I saw a video of a recent hearing featuring Senator John Neely Kennedy of Louisiana. The hearing was Mrs. Allie Phillips testimony of how the draconian abortion ban in Tennessee affected her in real life, when, tragically, her 24-week fetus was found to have so many abnormalities that it would not survive.
